Mission Statement

• The Washington Area Concierge Association will strive to foster opportunities to promote educational and professional growth for concierges both within and beyond the organization.
  
  

• WACA will uphold a standard of integrity and ethics for concierges both within and beyond the organization.
  
  

• We will achieve a greater respect for the concierge profession and will encourage friendships and solidarity among the concierges of all hotels and building in the Washington area.
  
  

• We will develop a stronger working relationship with area businesses and cultural organizations to promote the Washington Area Concierge Association and tourism in general for the greater Washington area.
